Notes

Classified as M5ep+B and recognized as a well-known VV Cephei star in Sanduleak & Stephenson (1973). The spectral class M3 Ib was also confirmed by Munari et al. (2021). However, the star is included as a confirmed symbiotic star in the catalogs of Gaposchkin (1957) and Vaidis (1988). Additionally, it is classified as a confirmed symbiotic star in SIMBAD (Wenger et al., 2000), with a reference to GCVS.
