Notes

The star is listed as a confirmed symbiotic star in SIMBAD (Wenger et al., 2000) and ZAND: in the GCVS. It is also labeled as a suspected symbiotic star in Kenyon (1986). The star was observed in a brightening phase by Hoffleit (1962). However, a detailed analysis of the object by Merc et al. (2021) rejected the classification of the object as a shell-burning symbiotic star, as its spectrum revealed no emission lines in addition to M6.5III continuum. Although they suggested that the object might still be an accreting-only symbiotic star, there is currently no evidence supporting this hypothesis in the available data.
