Notes
A long-lasting brightening of 4 mag was detected (Hümmerich et al., 2015). The R CrB type has been rejected based on the spectra showing an F-type supergiant together with a late M giant. The symbiotic nature is further supported by the analysis of IR data by Akras et al. (2019).
