The mass distribution of stellar mergers: A new scenario for several FS CMa stars

Our N-body simulations of 510 clusters show that about 1.7% stars are involved in mergers. We also present the merger statistic according to the
spectral types. We found that 50% of mergers are B-type stars, i.e., the largest channel of mergers is currently overlooked.
Some of merger events take place out of the Milky-Way.

star-disc interaction of a post-merger of the spectral type B (post-mergers among FS CMa stars); evidence of the unstable funnel effect,
backflow in the mid-plane, formation of shallow gaps and dense regions in the disk,
creation of a corona and strong and fast twist of magnetic field lines that is probably responsible
for heating of a corona (weak Raman lines were detected in three FS CMa stars)
